The system offers a pleasing aesthetic as no visible hardware is present, with a design focused on all-glass construction and unobstructed views.  This system adds 6″ of depth to the balconies, positioned 3″ away from the edge, and an additional 3″ is required for the top mount system to maintain a minimum distance from the edge. This expansion increases the square footage of the units.

The glass covers the fascia of the decks, creating a seamless and unified appearance for the entire deck.The side-mounted installation of the system eliminates any waterproofing issues. and does not need additional finishing, resulting in significant budget savings. 

The installation process does not hinder the progress of other trades following our work, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.  The system allows for easy replacement of any component, providing flexibility and convenience for maintenance purposes.  The system is compatible with various substrate materials such as concrete slabs, wooden diaphragms, steel, and masonry.

No welding is necessary, eliminating the need for a welding deputy inspector and fire watcher.
